Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any changes. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the scheduled service(s) is required to secure your appointment.If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to show up, the deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required to rebook your appointment. Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be made outside the 48-hour window.We allow a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time for arrival. If you do not arrive within this period, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.To make changes to your appointment, you may contact the salon via text, phone call, social media, email, or make changes on salon website.
